Remove groovemonitor.exe from windows

I have this groovemonitor.exe on my task manager.
It only take 1400 kb of system Ram,
Further checkup reveal that it came with installing OFFICE 2007, used as create workspce
with other user to share documents. Its no virus, no harm do, Just useless.
HOW to REMOVE it:

1. Go to Start > Run or hit Win+R keys together
2. Type msconfig. Hit Enter.
3. Go to the ‘Startup’ tab.
4. Uncheck GrooveMonitor

or:

go to add/remove programs, select MS Office 2007 - change - check the add/remove option - go down to the MSOfficeGroove box and select not available from the drop down list, then select continue.

using CCleaner, TOOL, Startup, remove groovemonitor.exe out.
