- client using citrix login to main site to access outllok mail
- trying google apps, yet user interface were too much different than outlook.
- MS office 365 combined with outlook & office apps seems serve the purpose.
Client's database backup include outlook email, files calendar, tasks,contacts.
Since outlook database were in exchange server(client web based), which is secured lock out, required manual backup.
