switched from DSL to TW Cable, an used to work Netgear wireless router cannot get an internet connection any longer.
The wired connection of PC is working fine. As soon as the router is installed, the router cannot get an IP address.Solution:
Get Ip address from wired PC, then manual setup IP address into router.
Sometimes the cable modem may retain its setting for its internal battery was not totally removed. Therefore simply power it off/on wont reset its ram.
