“partition X does not end on cylinder boundary”

I had stump into this issue and alarmed for a while.
Since modern systems use LBA (Logical Block Addressing) instead of CHS (Cylinder/Head/Sector) to address disk drives, as long as there's no overlap between each partition, its fine to have such warning.
